Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return requests after this period cannot be accepted.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at support@ivoraonline.uk with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be pre-approved. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing may take up to 7 days from approval. No restocking fee applies.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for new and unused items. Email us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately at support@ivoraonline.uk to cancel. Once processing has begun, the standard return process applies.

Damaged Items

Send clear photos of damages or incorrect items to support@ivoraonline.uk and we will promptly arrange a replacement or correction.
